Which would be disappointing, except that I also biked 12 miles or so today. So between the biking and the walking, I burned 1,027 calories.

I&#8217;d like to add an addendum&#8212; first you need to get into the habit of eating an appropriate amount. If you&#8217;re used to overeating, then that&#8217;s what your body will want you to continue. After a few weeks of paying attention and not going over the standard 2k calories a day, that&#8217;s what you&#8217;ll get used to, and you won&#8217;t need to worry about agonizing over calories anymore.

Yay! Finally got back on track! Now let’s see if I can do it again tomorrow.
